Liquor License Application Forms

  • Each year the government belonging to NCT of national capital, Delhi tends to formulate the policy of  Excise and grants approval to  terms and Conditions for grant of licenses of L-1. Following this policy and the granted terms and conditions, licences existing in the form of L-1 are permitted for the wholesale supply of Indian wine. These things are allowed to the Company or proprietorship firm or a society or a partnership firm or possessing licensed producing units(bottling plant/brewery/distillery /winery.
  • The applications for the permission of licence are invited by means of the public notice, which is often  published in a few leading newspapers and also in some official website of the concerned Department. An official application for the grant of L-1 Licence is supposed to be made in reply to the notice of the public in the allotted format along with its Appendices ('B' and 'C') to the Dy. Commissioner concerning Excise. The main job of L-1 Licensee is to provide liquor to the concerned holders of Licenses in the shape of L-29, L-28, L-21 ,L-20, L-19 ,L-18, L-17, L-16 ,L-15 and several other liquor licences in Delhi, the National Capital Territory.
